The Team Leader is the CEO of the Market Center and is responsible for growing the Market Center, consulting the top 20% of agents, leading the leadership team, and overseeing the Agent Leadership Council in a way that enriches the KW culture.

BROKER OF RECORD

The Broker of Record, or BOR, handles all broker related matters including compliance, ethics, contracts, listings, disclaimers, and disclosures.

MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR

The Market Center Administrator, or MCA, is the CFO/COO of the Market Center and is responsible for implementing and maintaining all operating systems and financials for the Market Center, including processing commission checks.

MARKET CENTER TECH TRAINER

The Market Center Tech Trainer, or MCTT, is responsible for aiding agents with managing their database, creating their websites, mastering DocuSign, and any other technology based platform/system.

CALL COORDINATOR

The Call Coordinator is responsible for upholding the Your Listing Your Lead system, fielding inbound calls, oversees the Vendor Program, and oversees all Carnegie Home & Auto and Carnegie Title opportunities.

PRODUCTIVITY COACH

The Productivity Coach guides new agents through the process of becoming a real estate agent with KW with the Success Coaching Program.
